Problem

Solution
- Development of an online quiz: We created an interactive online quiz tailored to specific positions. The quiz included questions focused on technical knowledge, soft skills, and practical problem-solving.
- Automated selection: The system automatically evaluated responses and assigned points. Candidates who did not reach the established threshold were automatically eliminated from the process.
- Personalized communication: Candidates received automated emails with information about their progress in the process.
- Analytical tools: We implemented a reporting system to track the success of the quiz and the efficiency of the entire recruitment process.
