Problem
The client was faced with the problem of a long-standing and inefficient recruitment process that was time-consuming and costly. Interviews were overflowing with candidates who did not meet the requirements of the position, resulting in high employee turnover.
Target
To streamline the recruitment process by identifying the most suitable candidates in the early stages of recruitment and reduce the cost and time required to select new staff.
Challenge
To design and implement an efficient and automated candidate pre-selection system that will be able to quickly and accurately filter candidates based on their knowledge and skills.
Solution
Development of an online quiz: We created an interactive online quiz tailored to each position. The quiz included questions focused on technical knowledge, soft skills and practical problem solving.
Automated selection: the system automatically scored the answers and allocated points. Candidates who did not reach a certain threshold were automatically eliminated from the process.
Personalised communication: Candidates received automated emails with information about their progress in the process.
Analytical tools: we implemented a reporting system to track the success of the quiz and the effectiveness of the entire recruitment process.
